Rotary Children's Fun Day

What's it all about?
- Every year we take a large group of nursery aged children from The Redway School, and their carers, to spend a day meeting the animals at Thrift Farm.
- The Redway School is a school for children and young people who experience severe learning difficulties.
- Thrift Farm is just outside of Milton Keynes in Whaddon and provides the perfect environment for our young charges.
- Rotary Children's Fun Day is a national event which has given more than one million disabled and disadvantaged young people the chance to enjoy new experiences, taste adventure and have fun days out.

Young Musician Competition

What's it all about?
- In partnership with Milton Keynes Music Academy we are delighted to showcase an support local musical talent in and around the city.
- Young musicians aged 17 or younger on 31 August of the year before the national final can take part.
- It's open to solo instrumentalists and vocalists, regardless of their musical level or style.
- There are two local stages, a district competition and then the national competitions for those that get through.
- It's a great community event that brings together students and experts from across the city.

Christmas at Morrisons

What's it all about?
- It's all about balloons and festive cheer!
- We help Santa by setting up a sleigh in Morrisons where children and adults can come along for a natter with Santa and his elves.

Christmas 2023

We had three wonderfully successful Santa collection days in the run tup to Christmas 2023.

We were delighted to present £1,000 to the leaders of MK Ukraine Appeal for Christmas toys and the running of their Saturday School.
